Tragic Loss: Woman Dies of Coronavirus, Leaving Her Dog Alone and Afraid – Community Steps Up to Find New Home

During the writing of this article, the coronavirus pandemic has already claimed more than 200,000 lives.

According to researchers and veterinarians, the virus is not transmitted by pets, but there have been cases where animals were infected.

Many animals were left without owners when their owners got sick. Several people also just dumped their pets. That’s what happened to Che Che.

The United States is one of the countries hardest hit by the coronavirus. When a couple died of COVID-19, their dog Che Che was left alone.

I can’t imagine how confused the little animal must have felt when its whole life suddenly turned upside down.

“Trembling in fear”

Fortunately, the animal was helped by an animal organization. As reported by El Tiempo magazine.

Che Che was trembling in fear when brought in.

An action was started on social networks to help Che Che.

“We can’t imagine what it must be like for a dog to lose its owner and then end up in an unknown place. Little Che Che was trembling in fear and was in shock,” they wrote in the post.

The little four-legged friend received the necessary treatments, vaccinations, and was nursed back to health.

Finding a new home

The animal shelter asked for help on social media to find a new home for the little Che Che.

The dog was put on an adoption waiting list, but unfortunately, he is one of the dozens of dogs looking for new owners during the coronavirus crisis.

Che Che was one of the many animals who had to search for a new owner for a long time. That’s why the organization SPCA asks on Facebook to continue supporting the animal shelters and ensuring that all animals without owners find a new home quickly.

But Che Che has now been adopted by a new family. The animal shelter shared the good news on Facebook.

“We want to thank everyone for the support Che Che has received. With great joy, we announce that the little dog has been adopted and is doing very well with his new owners.”

What wonderful news. We are so happy for Che Che and hope she enjoys her new home. We hope her previous owner watches with love from heaven.

We also hope that all the other dogs affected by this pandemic are doing well.

The dog is man’s best friend and deserves to be treated with love and affection.
