Hollywood star Richard Gere has embraced fatherhood once again. Celebrating his seventieth birthday, he joyfully welcomes his third son.
At the age of 70, Richard Gere’s wife, Alejandra Silva (37), has given birth to their second son together. This heartwarming news was reported by The Sun.
The couple tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first child in February of the following year, sharing the announcement alongside a photo with the Dalai Lama. Alejandra’s pregnancy had been notably captured by a Spanish photographer prior to the announcement.
“We couldn’t share the news without informing the Dalai Lama first,” stated Alejandra Gere.
In 2014, Gere crossed paths with his current wife at a luxurious Italian boutique hotel owned by Alejandra and her former spouse, Govind Friedland. Alejandra has an 8-year-old son from her previous marriage.
Richard Gere is a Hollywood icon known for his roles in timeless romantic classics like Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts, as well as An Officer and a Gentleman and Runaway Bride.
Throughout his life, Richard Gere has been linked with several remarkable women, including Cindy Crawford, whom he was married to for four years.
