By placing a tennis ball under the painful spot and then applying pressure, muscle pain can be relieved more quickly.

Relieve Painful Spots:

When you perform this exercise for the first time, the pain can be quite intense. But it is a sign that you need to apply pressure to the painful spot. Keep breathing deeply and after a while, you will get great results.

So press that painful spot against the tennis ball for 30 to 60 seconds. Move the ball to another painful spot afterwards and do the same.

Do this exercise for about 5 to 10 minutes.
