4 ingredients
There are only 4 ingredients needed: parsley, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and water. Each ingredient serves its purpose.
Parsley is very low in calories and contains numerous antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. These nutrients ensure that the water does not make us feel bloated.
Lemon, on the other hand, has many other properties and helps cleanse our bodies. It also helps with cravings, reduces inflammation, and boosts the immune system.

Apple cider vinegar has several health properties. It aids in weight loss. And it contains acetic acid, which, according to Very Well Health, helps reduce belly fat and keeps blood sugar levels in check.
It is also good for the skin, helps with sore throat, and lowers cholesterol levels.
A recent study was conducted on Japanese volunteers and was published in the journal Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry. Half of the volunteers were given a drink with apple cider vinegar. The other half received nothing.
The study lasted three months and showed that those who drank apple cider vinegar had a smaller waist circumference, weighed less, and had lower blood fat levels.

Ingredients you need:
- 2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
How to make it:
1. Pour two glasses of boiling water over the parsley and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Drain the water, but keep it. Discard the parsley. Let it cool down.
2. Add the lemon juice, as well as the apple cider vinegar and stir.
3. Drink immediately.
