Time to pay tribute to a true animal lover!
A Canadian boy recently went to the animal shelter with his mother. His mother allowed him to choose a pet!
Of course, the boy was thrilled when they were at the shelter to adopt an animal.
But instead of choosing a cute puppy or a kitten, the boy made a very different choice. And it is through that choice that he has captured the hearts of many animal lovers around the world!
According to Jadorechats.com, the boy’s eyes were immediately drawn to the old, chubby orange cat at the shelter. The cat turned out to be named Tiny and was recently taken in at the shelter with his sister, Trinity.
The fat cat wasn’t getting along too well with his sister, the staff explained. So, it wasn’t a problem to adopt the cat separately.
The boy was certain: he wanted the chubby, old orange cat. Tiny is ten years old. This was stated in a Facebook post by the animal shelter:
“His mother had told her son Easton that he could choose a pet. He was torn between a puppy and the cat. But in the end, he chose the ten-year-old cat Tiny. The cat immediately adored his new owner and began cuddling and purring. ❤️ Well done, Easton, Tiny is now a happy cat!” was mentioned in the animal shelter’s post.
