Adolfo Pazzi Ahumada experienced something out of the ordinary when he went to purchase milk on a scorching day at the store.

In the sweltering heat of 40 degrees, Adolfo noticed a dog outside the store. The dog, without a collar, was clearly a stray, quenching its thirst from a tap.

Soon, the dog was allowed inside the store by someone.

While inside to buy milk, Adolfo inquired with a staff member about the dog’s whereabouts.

Dog Welcomed Inside

Usually, it’s not common for a dog to enter a store. However, on that extremely hot day, the compassionate staff couldn’t leave the dog outside in the heat.

As per reports from The Dodo, the store staff mentioned seeing the dog around the store lately and assumed it was without an owner. They had an agreement with their boss not to abandon the dog on the streets, allowing the little canine to seek comfort in the cool store whenever needed. It would often rest on the cool floor without causing any disturbance.

Feeling a desire to help, Adolfo purchased a small toy for the dog since he couldn’t adopt it.
