If there are dogs that are often viewed with suspicion, it’s pit bulls. Everyone who has a dog knows that training is crucial. It is up to the owner to teach the dog right from wrong.
The vast majority of dogs are good-natured, but some dogs can be stressed or scared, often due to abuse. And this can manifest in different ways.
That’s why it’s always important to first ask someone if you can pet their dog before doing so.
Some dogs allow this, while others do not. They are living beings with feelings, just like you and me. And we must respect that!
As I mentioned earlier, pit bulls are often seen as aggressive and intimidating animals.
But the majority of pit bulls are friendly and loyal animals and deserve better!
That’s why I was very happy with this story. The Daniels family from the United States has a pit bull, Ember. And one day, Ember became a true hero after a very brave act!
When Ember joined the family, she quickly became best friends with the 10-year-old son, Tre. They spent every day together, cozy and safe.
But one day, mother Tracy woke up and heard a strange, raw, unheard sound. She got out of bed and had no idea what was going on.
She suddenly felt Ember beside her.
The mother looked at her dog and saw that she was behaving strangely. Ember was nestling around her legs in a weird way, which she had never done before. It was rather eerie, but she went back to bed.
But Ember persisted. She kept rubbing against her owner.
Dog Led Mother to Bathroom
Now Tracy realized that something was wrong. She followed the whining dog and was led to the bathroom.
Tracy could see the dog walking from the bathroom to the bathroom door. When she opened the door, she saw a terrible sight. Tracy screamed in fear. Her little son was lying still next to the bathtub. She picked up the phone and called an ambulance.
If the dog hadn’t persisted, this could have ended in tragedy.
But fortunately, the boy was saved. And all thanks to the family’s dog: man’s best friend!
