Useful Lemons?

Lemons are a rather underrated fruit in my opinion. Of course, they are popular, and you’ll always find them in the store – but I feel like they don’t get the attention they truly deserve. Honestly, I usually only use lemons when my kids want a little in their soda. It’s rare that I use them for other things. However, after reading about how beneficial lemons and lemon water can be consumed every day, that’s going to change.

What does a lemon contain?
Lemons contain potassium, vitamin C, fiber, protein, carbohydrates, and multiple minerals. Vitamin C and the bioflavonoids in lemons are especially beneficial for the walls of the body’s smallest blood vessels. That’s right, as sharp as they are, lemons are good for our capillaries.
