New Study Proves: Coffee Lovers Live Longer!

Want to live longer? Then drink a lot of coffee!

This claim has been made by Spanish researchers in a new study.

The researchers analyzed the health and age of nearly 20,000 people in a research project that has been ongoing in Spain since 1999.

The results were presented at the European Congress of Cardiologists, reports Science Daily.

I think we can safely say that coffee is one of the most popular drinks in most parts of the world. And I must admit, like many others – I’m completely addicted.

And that is not a bad thing, as it turns out.

When comparing people who drink four cups of coffee a day with those who don’t drink coffee, 64 percent of heavy coffee drinkers had a much lower risk of death than non-drinkers.

The study’s researchers took factors such as gender, age, and diet into account, writes Science.

The conclusion? Coffee can be an important part of a healthy diet, especially for people over 45.

The fact that coffee has its benefits and can reduce certain diseases is not new. We have previously written about how healthy coffee is, but this is a major and important study that confirms that.

One of the reasons why coffee works wonders for health is because of caffeine. Caffeine boosts digestion and reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes and dementia.

Coffee also protects against various liver diseases and skin cancer.
