The dog Winnie got a new chance in life.
A dog’s life can look very different.
Unfortunately, many dogs end up on the streets, but some of them are rescued by various heroes who work at different animal shelters around the world.
That was the case for a dog named “Mrs. Greg”, now called Winnie. The stray dog was affected by the parvovirus, a highly contagious virus that mainly affects puppies.
If left untreated, the chances of survival are low, but in Mrs. Greg’s case, the treatment was successful.
She survived and was in need of a new home. The animal shelter and the heroes at “Austin Pets Alive!” worked tirelessly to find a new owner for this sweet dog – and they found one in Olivia.

Today, the dog is thriving in her new home, and her transformation has amazed the new owner.

Her coat has grown beautifully over time, and she now looks stunning!
