Woman Left for Dead on the Road – The Reason Why Warms My Heart

When Amanda heard about Bear, an abandoned dog in the mountains of Evan’s Creek, she immediately decided to intervene.

Together with her friend Dylan, they set out to locate the lonely dog.

For over an hour, they tried to lure Bear with food and treats, but unfortunately…

The next day when they returned, they saw Bear in the same spot. Their attempts to lure him closer and help him still failed.

That’s when the girls came up with a very creative idea, to say the least.

They decided that Amanda would lie on the ground “playing dead” and pretend she needed help.

As planned: the next day, Amanda lay on the ground where they suspected Bear was.

And what happened two hours later warmed the hearts of thousands of animal lovers.

Amanda and her friend Dylan decided to rescue the dog and bring him to an animal hospital.

They tried to lure him with treats – to no avail. Bear was too suspicious to approach people.

So, Amanda decided to use a different tactic.

She lay on the ground in a fetal position, pretending to be dead. Soon enough, it seemed like Bear wanted to help.

He approached Amanda and sniffed her for 20 minutes before losing interest and walking away.

But Amanda didn’t give up, and an hour later, Bear returned. This time, he sat next to Amanda.

Two hours later, Amanda had gained Bear’s trust and convinced him that she meant him no harm.
