Horses are probably among the most majestic animals we have on earth. They are exceptionally intelligent, strong, and above all: beautiful.
This video truly shows the bond that a human and a horse can have, as a woman makes snow angels with her beloved horse.
Sandy Hodskins is the owner of West Meadow Farm in Bradford, New Hampshire (USA).
She lives there with her family and the horse West Wind, a 17-year-old mare that she has had since the horse was only about a year old.
“Since then, we have been a team,” writes Sandy on Youtube.
The horse lies down next to her – starts making snow angels together
After a recent winter storm hit the farm, Sandy took the horse to a new paddock covered with fresh snow.
Sandy decided to do something we’ve all done on snowy days in our childhood: she lay on the ground to make a snow angel.
But what happened next was really cute: West Wind started making snow angels with her too.

“I was happy she did it next to me,” writes Sandy and continues:
“We were simply having fun as we did as children. Something we often forget to do as we grow older”.
Sandy says she studies Natural Horsemanship, a way to communicate with horses and use psychology to connect with them.
She explains that West Wind likes to lie down in fresh snow.
