Meet the dog Chance!
He is a friendly dog who loves snow.
He grew up in the state of Alabama and had never seen much snow until he ended up in an animal shelter.
Then everything changed for this cute dog!
A woman from Minnesota heard about the little guy, and the rest is history.
“Chance came into our lives, probably when we needed him most. We had adopted two American Eskimo dogs, and sadly they passed away in 2016. We were deeply saddened and went in search of a new dog to rescue. We saw a picture of this mischievous boy who was in an animal shelter in Alabama,” says the new owner Jenny in an interview with GeoBeats.
She explains that the previous owner left the dog at the orphanage because he was ‘rude’.
When the dog arrived, his jaw was broken, and he had to undergo surgery. That’s why he has a very special smile that people on the street respond to, according to the owner.
But today, now that he has been adopted by Jenny, he feels so much better.
He has also found a new hobby: being outside in the snow!
