19-year-old Aaron and 17-year-old Jamal were passing a car on a highway in Texas, United States.
As they passed the car to their right, they noticed something strange. In the backseat was a young woman who didn’t seem to be doing too well.
When they made eye contact, she seemed desperate to try and send them a secret message. She mumbled the words “help me.”
The two teenagers were speechless and immediately decided they had to do something.
Aaron and Jamal immediately realized something was not right when they made eye contact with the young woman in the backseat of the car.
She seemed to be mumbling a clear but mysterious “help me” as they passed her car on the left.
When the girl, clearly desperate, started banging on the rear windshield, the two young men understood that this was no joke.
The teenagers, who were picking up a friend for work, realized their lives were in danger and acted immediately.

The police arrested the man, who was later sentenced to prison. The woman was found safe and sound, thanks to the quick thinking and actions of Aaron and Jamal.
