Russian mother Darya Kadochnikova had planned for a natural birth at the local hospital, but when her baby changed position inside her belly, a last-minute decision for a C-section was made.
The 19-year-old mother was under anesthesia during the operation, but upon waking up, she discovered a deep cut on her daughter’s face.
According to Daily Mail, Darya received intravenous anesthesia after the epidural failed to work.
Upon regaining consciousness after the operation, the young mother became hysterical upon noticing the deep cut on her daughter’s face.
Russian sources report that the doctors allegedly told the young mother “not to move” during the procedure. This was reported by Daily Mail.
Mother Developed High Fever
The doctors accidentally made a cut on the baby’s face just below her right eye.
Local sources mention that the mother started to develop a very high fever after giving birth, but with antibiotics, she was able to recover and breastfeed her daughter.
