Their extraordinary friendship blossomed when Shadow and his owner took a walk and were greeted by Lupa, the neighbor’s dog, rushing towards them.
Since that fateful day, Shadow and Lupa have become inseparable pals, winning the hearts of everyone in their dog-friendly apartment building.
“Our neighbors are fantastic, living in a dog-friendly apartment means Shadow has another dog to play with,” shared Olivia Schwab, Shadow’s owner, with animal website The Dodo.
Knocking on the neighbor’s door
A viral video featuring the duo is causing a stir on social media, amassing over 80,000 likes on TikTok.
The clip captures one of the dogs dashing down the hallway, entering through an open door, and then stopping in front of the neighbor’s door, eagerly awaiting her friend.
