Jordan, a five-year-old boy, faced a life-threatening situation in 2014, not due to an accident or illness but because of severe child abuse inflicted by his own parents.
Jordan, born from one of his father’s relationships, had to endure the worst abuse among his seven step-siblings, mainly from his father Brad Bleimeyer.
The abuse began gradually with beatings, verbal assaults, starvation, and eventually escalated to electrocution.

Jordan was confined by his stepmother, Tammi, and his father in a closet under the stairs, secured with cables and nails. Despite his attempts to escape, the door was always tightly locked.
Tammi’s older children, Cody and Allison, witnessed the abuse and disapproved of it. Cody’s efforts to seek help were dismissed, with authorities and teachers failing to intervene.
Cody recounted to The Sun how authorities and teachers turned a blind eye to the abuse, leaving them helpless.
Despite facing threats and abuse from their parents, Cody and Allison bravely stood up for Jordan, determined to protect him.
Finally, in 2014, Cody took a stand. He broke into the room where Jordan was imprisoned, discovering a scene of utter horror.
The moment Cody rescued Jordan from unimaginable conditions.
Describing the rescue, Cody expressed shock at Jordan’s state and the urgency of the situation. Without their intervention, Jordan’s life could have been lost.
After freeing Jordan, Cody and Allison confronted their enraged parents, leading to a tumultuous confrontation and a call to the police to report the abuse.
Allison, then 14, vividly recalled the distressing sight of Jordan’s malnourished and bruised body, emphasizing the urgent need for intervention.
Justice Prevails
Tammi Bleimeyer was sentenced to 28 years in prison, and Brad Bleimeyer received a 15-year prison term. Cody and Allison testified against them, leading to the children being placed in an orphanage.
Cody and Allison’s brave actions saved Jordan’s life from the hands of those meant to protect him. Their courage and determination to free their brother from abuse are commendable.
Today, Jordan resides with his biological mother, experiencing a happy and healthy childhood, thanks to his siblings’ unwavering support.
