Poor dogs! These two dogs, named Pepsi and Cola, were found all alone under the freeway in Los Angeles a few years ago.
It wasn’t until the animal welfare organization Hope for Paws arrived that their lives could completely change!

The two poodles looked very scared when the animal rescuers arrived on the scene. They lit them up with a flashlight and made eye contact with the dogs.
These stray dogs were living in a sewer near the freeway and were not used to coming near people.
“Hope for Paws received a call about 2 homeless dogs living in a sewer under a freeway. The only way to save them was to crawl into it and find them. When they received the love and attention they deserved, they became such happy and fun dogs”, writes Hope for Paws on YouTube.
Poodles saved from life on the street
Therefore, this rescue operation would be complicated for the animal heroes.
But thankfully, they had enough experience to handle the situation.

They approached the two dogs carefully. After a while, they got a leash around their necks, but they chose to sit for a while to gain their trust.
See how it continued in the video below.
Thanks to all the animal heroes who go to such lengths for our four-legged friends! Feel free to share this article if you also stand on the side of animals.
