During long flights, a little entertainment can certainly help. A good movie or a good book can make time fly by.
But the passengers on a particular flight experienced something much better, a dog that entertained them throughout the entire flight.
Ursula was on a flight from London to Ibiza. She had her puppy, Huxley, with her, but the dog was bored and decided to move around.
“He was in the seat next to me, but started behaving grumpily, something he often does when I don’t pay him enough attention,” Ursula told The Dodo.
He was in the seat in front of her and made friends with an unknown passenger. He was happy to ignore his owner for a while… until he heard a bag of chips being opened.
Suddenly, he demanded her attention… by sticking his head through the seat:
Ursula found it hilarious and took some photos. He made all sorts of funny faces and stuck his tongue out:
He squished his head:
And made this funny face, which looks a bit like Jack Nicholson in The Shining:
Ursula says her dog received a lot of attention during the flight.
“He made everyone laugh and the man next to me asked to take his picture to send to his daughter,” she told The Dodo.
He continued to entertain the people and Ursula decided to post the photos on a Facebook group. There they were shared thousands of times.
Whether he ever got those chips, we don’t know…
