Animal rescuers were moved to tears after finding 30 neglected dogs in a kennel.
Employees of RSPCA, the largest animal charity in the United Kingdom, say the dogs were found in such a deplorable state that they could not determine their breed.
They were dirty, living in terrible conditions, and completely covered in excrement. They were found in Skegness, England, following a tip from a citizen.
Ella Carpenter, manager of the RSPCA Center: “The dogs were clearly very neglected and their fur had to be completely shaved. They also urgently needed dental treatment. They were unrecognizable.
“One dog was in such a terrible state that pus was dripping from her mouth. It was hard to see and we could not help but cry.”

The staff say the dogs they found were a Dachshund, a Yorkshire Terrier, a Poodle, and a German Shepherd.
“They are now able to move freely without feeling pain from that terrible fur mixed with excrement,” she concluded.

The owner agreed to surrender the animals to the RSPCA.
“We will bathe them regularly to improve the condition of their fur. Over the next few weeks, we will rehabilitate them and provide care and attention. When we are ready to put the animals up for adoption, we can find a perfect owner for them,” Ella said.

I cannot imagine how or why these beautiful dogs were in such a terrible state. It is heartbreaking.
What would have happened if that man had not notified the organization!
