The tiny Yorkshire terrier spent years confined in a cramped, dark closet with barely any room to move, as reported by Faith Tap. Although details about Cesar’s past remain unclear, according to Faith Tap, he spent his entire life in those few square meters.
Whatever Cesar went through, he was undeniably deeply affected and fearful before being rescued.
Upon examination by veterinarians, the dog was found to be in very poor condition.
