It is truly horrifying to think that someone would intentionally harm an animal.
Regrettably, there are individuals capable of such cruelty in the world.
A 25-year-old man has been arrested by the police for breaking a puppy’s neck as an act of revenge after being denied the wifi password.
25-year-old Christopher Vogel went to visit a friend in Des Moines, Iowa, and requested the wifi password to use the internet. When his friend’s neighbors declined to provide it, Christopher took extreme and unfathomable measures.

To the shock and horror of the neighbors, Christopher violently broke the puppy’s neck.
“The dog was not aggressive towards him, it had nothing to do with the situation,” stated police officer Ryan Doty to Koco News 5.
The man had been evading authorities since the incident in July until his arrest by the police on August 19.

Tom Colvin, director of the Animal Rescue League in Iowa, emphasized the need for stricter measures against animal abuse in light of this shocking incident.
“Society must take a firm stand against animal mistreatment and hold abusers accountable,” Tom expressed to Koco News 5.
The actions of this individual are heinous and unacceptable. It is crucial to condemn animal cruelty. Retweet if you believe that punishments for animal abuse should be as severe as those for human abuse.
