Severa Belotti (82) and Luigi Carrara (86) spent the last days of their lives in quarantine, without family members to support them. According to Daily Mail, the son of the couple, Luca Carrara, revealed that his parents were denied medical assistance despite running high fevers.

Luca, now in quarantine with his family, criticized the hospital conditions in Bergamo where his parents took their last breaths. He highlighted the difficulties faced due to the overwhelming number of COVID-19 cases in Italy.
