Anyone who takes a dog into their home must have the heart to help him find a new loving family if they can no longer care for him.
But sadly, that’s not always the case.
When someone decided to abandon their dog in Saint Louis, USA, they left the little dog all alone in a cage by the side of the road.
For the vast majority of people, it’s completely unthinkable to leave your pet anywhere and just walk away.
On the contrary, as a dog owner, your biggest fear is that something will happen to your furry little friend.
But unfortunately, there are people who don’t think the same way and who dump their dogs without knowing what will happen to them next.
One of the dogs abandoned in a heartbreaking way is Bubbly.
Found in a cage by the road
Early January last year, a report came in about a dog that was dumped by the road. The person who abandoned her had put her in her crate and left.
Fortunately, the emergency services arrived quickly and chose to contact the dog shelter Stray Rescue of St.Louis Official.
When the shelter staff arrived, it was clear that Bubbly was incredibly happy to finally be seen.
Wanted to lay on my lap
She must have been both scared and deeply saddened to be left alone like that.
As people approached the cage, she wagged her tail wildly, clearly showing how happy she was.
On the way, she immediately sat in the lap of the rescue personnel.
Inflamed ears
Unfortunately, they could see that she had extremely inflamed ears and needed veterinary attention quickly.
Fortunately, this lovely dog ended up in just the right place, where she could receive both love and care.
