Anyone who has a dog knows how much love they give us. And that love is usually mutual. We give them attention, cuddle them behind their ears, feed them, take them for walks, etc.
It’s an unwritten rule when you bring a dog into your home, right?
But unfortunately, we occasionally hear about animal abuse, and it remains painful to read such news. For example, the little Glory in this story. The beautiful terrier thought she had a nice owner until she was abused. But fortunately, she is doing well now with her new family.
Glory was severely abused by her previous owner. She was found on the side of the road where many cars pass daily.
An animal lover got out of his car to see what was happening with the dog. It didn’t look good because the man first thought the dog was dead.
The barbaric owner probably wanted to shock everyone, as the dog’s eyes and mouth were glued shut. This made it impossible for the lovely dog to open her eyes or mouth. When Glory was taken to the vet, the doctor also found bruises all over her body.
Several veterinarians worked together to help the dog recover and managed to remove the stubborn glue. Glory could see the light of day again and finally eat.
Glory had to stay at the vet for a few days to recover from what she went through. Fortunately, the animal was in good hands. Not long after, she could wag her tail again.
Fascinating, isn’t it? How dogs continue to show their trust and unconditional love despite barbarity? Shortly after, the sweet dog was adopted by a new owner who gives her the love she deserves.
In addition, the police are on the lookout for a suspect in the case, reported by 3KSN, but no one has been arrested yet.
