When Amanda Hightower from California returned home one day, her life turned upside down when she was suddenly exposed to a real nightmare.
Two men had broken in, and before she knew it, she was attacked and beaten.
But the worst of all: they took her beloved dog Milani, who is pregnant and will soon have puppies, reports Inside Edition.
Amanda’s feelings of sadness and pain are unimaginable.
When she recently returned home, she unwittingly found herself in a life-threatening situation.
Two masked men had intruded; she was terrified when she saw them.
Woman assaulted
Suddenly, the men attacked Amanda and beat her. However, this was not the worst.
Amanda’s beloved dog Milani, a French bulldog expecting puppies, was also in the house.
“They hit me with the gun and kicked me in the face because I resisted. I told them, ‘Please don’t take my dog, please don’t take my dog’”, Amanda told the channel.
After they beat Amanda black and blue, the men vanished, taking Milani with them.
Milani expecting puppies in October
A French bulldog is worth about 7,000 euros in the United States, says Amanda, and with the puppies, that amount will significantly increase.
The puppies are expected in October, and Amanda naturally wants nothing more than for Milani to come home.
