Put yourself on your hands and feet on the floor. Your body should remain stretched out and your arms should be upright to support the shoulders. Lift your right leg to your right elbow 10 times. Then switch to your left leg and do the same.

2. Leg Bending

Sit on a low chair. Spread both legs wide with your feet pointing slightly outward. Squat slowly straight from your chair while keeping your feet on the ground. Do this 15 times.

3. Peeling Dog

Sit on hands and feet. Lift a thigh to the side, like a dog peeing. This is a great exercise to stretch your thighs. Repeat 20 times with each leg.

4. Leg Folding

The most efficient exercises you can do without equipment, and this is one of them. Lie on your back and stretch your arms behind you so you can grab a chair or piece of furniture to hold yourself in position. Keep your legs straight and lift them up until the bottom of your feet points to the ceiling. Then slowly lower them until they touch the floor, then lift them up again. Do this 12 times.

5. Touching Heels

Lie on your back on the floor and pull your knees up, but your feet should remain on the ground, close to your buttocks. Place your arms beside you until your fingers touch your heels. Only lift your neck off the ground while first touching your right heel with your right hand for a few seconds, then your left heel with your left hand. Alternate this 20 times.
