Last year, Audra Petraškienė noticed an unusual sight while driving near the river close to her home in Lithuania.
She spotted a wet dog on the road, trembling with fear.
Audra immediately stopped her car, got out, and hurried to help the distressed animal.
However, upon closer inspection, she discovered a horrifying object around the dog’s neck that filled her with anger.

She came across a dog shivering in the aftermath of a near-drowning in the river. Audra stopped to ensure the dog’s well-being, only to discover a disturbing sight.
The dog had a heavy homemade anchor around its neck.

Hopefully, this dog finds a warm home soon and never has to go through something like this again. Regardless of the reason behind this attempted murder, it is completely unacceptable!
