Meghan Markle recently made her first television appearance since 2021. The premiere of Meghan’s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, took place this week, and former actress turned host Drew Barrymore was able to secure an interview with her.
Although the full show is set to air later today, we got a sneak peek of Meghan Markle with Drew Barrymore.

Upon being introduced by Drew Barrymore as Meghan Sussex (her new last name), the two bonded over baking cookies and delved into discussions about her new show, her husband Prince Harry, and children Archie and Lilibet.
In a brief preview, featured on People, she opened up about her marriage to Harry, describing him as ‘the funniest, sweetest, most charming, and amazing dad.’ She also shared, ‘I mean, life is full of surprises. I had never expected to meet H and that this would be our love story and, you know, I’m very lucky.’
When asked by Drew about the last time she was surprised, Meghan mentioned receiving a thoughtful note and flowers in her hotel, coordinated by her husband and their two children Archie and Lilibet, especially since she is currently away from home in Montecito. She also disclosed some details about her children via New York Post.
‘I always make sure that when I’m away and can’t tell bedtime stories to my children, because Archie and Lili are only three and five years old, I bring a very thin book and film myself reading it. So whoever is with them, or dad, can say: “Here’s mom reading you a bedtime story.”‘
Meghan also shared that despite Archie and Lilibet spending most of their time in America, they occasionally display a British accent, as reported by New York Post. She mentioned, ‘There are some words they still say with a British accent, so they say zebra in a British accent, and what else? They have those little moments where it comes out and because they have a very American accent, they say words that are like him [Prince Harry] and I find that so cute.’
