There are many good people in the world, but unfortunately, there are also those with evil intentions, especially towards children. The story of child abuse we are about to recount takes us back to July of last year in Slovenia, a country in Europe.
Senad, a father, received a phone call no parent should ever get. Arina’s mother called for an ambulance, claiming the little girl had injured herself by bumping into a radiator. However, the truth was far more harrowing. Arina had severe injuries—a swollen face, broken bones, and bruises all over her body. It was evident that the harm inflicted on her was not self-inflicted, revealing a disturbing reality.
Despite all efforts, Arina succumbed to her injuries after two days of fighting for her life. As Senad said his final farewell, the pain of losing his daughter was incomprehensible. Determined to seek justice for his little girl, Senad’s efforts caught the attention of Anja KopaÄŤ Mrak, the Minister of Labor, Family, Social Affairs, and Equal Opportunities in Slovenia, who called for a thorough investigation.
