Fired Waitress Leaves Pregnant Mother Stranded – Internet Outraged by Shocking Reason

There are certain things that can be really upsetting. Discrimination based on appearances such as skin color, height, or pregnancy is one of them.

Charisa, an expectant mother, experienced a shocking incident at a restaurant in Washington when a waitress refused to serve her.

Charisa, pregnant with twins, was looking forward to a peaceful evening out when the discrimination occurred.

The waitress cited Charisa’s attire as the reason for refusal, which sparked outrage online.

Pregnancy can be challenging, especially in the seventh month, and even more so with twins.

Charisha Raylee Gobin, two months away from her due date with a boy and a girl, was simply seeking a quiet dinner with her mother and sister.

Upon arrival, before even entering the restaurant, the waitress stopped Charisa and pointed out her clothing.

Charisa recalled, “I’m sorry, but you can’t wear that shirt here,” indicating that her pregnant belly was unacceptable.

Despite the restaurant’s policy against topless or barefoot customers, Charisa, wearing appropriate attire, was unjustly targeted.

Charisa expressed her frustration, “Just because I had a larger belly that sticks out. But if it was someone else, it wouldn’t have been a problem. I was furious. There was no way I was going to stay.”

Following CBS’s coverage of the incident, social media erupted with anger towards the restaurant’s actions.
