From ‘Fat Pig’ to Fabulous: How This Mom Got the Ultimate Revenge 7 Years Later

Alvina Rayne’s Transformation Journey

For most of her adult life, Alvina Rayne from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was unhappy. The 32-year-old struggled with obesity and filled the emptiness she felt with food.

She ended up in a vicious circle. When she felt bad, she ate – and the more she ate, the worse she felt.

When she was at her heaviest, the mother of two weighed 112 kilograms (about 246 pounds) and her then-boyfriend called her a “fat piece of garbage.”

But one day, she had enough of it, writes the Daily Mail.

Outwardly, Alvina always tried to keep a smile on her face. But inside, she felt depressed.

One of her bad habits was getting into relationships she knew weren’t good for her. Her boyfriend called her terrible things like “disgusting” and “fat pig.”

And Alvina had only one solution.

She ate her emotions away with food. And more food.

Alvina was consuming more than 5,000 calories a day, which is about 2.5 times the daily amount recommended for women.

This is what she ate on a typical day:

  • Breakfast: two large bowls of cereal and whole milk.
  • Snacks: Sandwiches, chips, and soda.
  • Lunch: Burger King or other fast food.
  • In between: Fast food or donut, a bagel with cream, fried chicken, or other ready-made meals.
  • Dessert: M&Ms, ice cream, or a bowl of cereal.

She got exhausted climbing stairs – and she also realized that she was sleeping poorly at night. These are symptoms that she was starting to develop Type 2 Diabetes.

But breaking those bad habits isn’t easy. Alvina did realize that she had an unhealthy relationship with food, but she wasn’t sure until she started getting those warning signs.

Alvina no longer fit into women’s clothes and had to buy her clothes from the men’s department.

When Alvina was 25, she decided to change her life radically. She finally left her boyfriend, started exercising, and eating better.

Alvina cut most carbs from her diet and it wasn’t long before she started to see a difference.

Seeing the difference in her body motivated Alvina and inspired her to leave her old habits behind.

Eventually, Alvina became a happy woman who loves life and is able to overcome her demons from the past.

She’s almost unrecognizable. Alvina looks like a fitness model!

I am so impressed. But at the same time, the most important thing is that she feels better.

According to Alvina, her ex-boyfriend suggested getting back together after she lost weight. Alvina just laughed it off.

“Back then I was morbidly obese, had high blood pressure, diabetes type 2 symptoms, PCOS, left ventricular hypertrophy, and severe anxiety and panic attacks,” Alvina told the Daily Mail. “Now that they’re all gone after seven years of hard work makes me feel great.”

Alvina has a YouTube channel where she inspires other women in similar situations to hers.

“I want others to know that they can start their life all over again, you don’t have to stay where you are. It’s so empowering to realize that you are in control of your body and life,” she says.

Today, Alvina is a healthy and happy young woman. She feels better and has found other ways to deal with stress.
