He was emaciated and in critical condition when taken to the veterinarian.
The decision was made to perform eye surgery on Bruce upon his arrival at the veterinary clinic.
“I was horrified by what I witnessed. In my ten years at this organization, I’ve never encountered such brutality,” expresses inspector Sam Morris.
Bruce Suffered Severe Injuries
The resilient four-legged victim bore a deep skull cavity and facial stab wounds.
The vet attributed these injuries to a spiked wooden club.
Bruce also endured significant burns on his tail.
“One can only wonder at the cruelty behind such actions,” laments inspector Sam Morris.
Today, Bruce has found a new, caring home and is thriving with his new owner.
