In this instance, a driver in Houston, United States, alerted the Harris County Animal Cruelty department after making a shocking discovery along the highway.
On the roadside, the driver noticed a moving black trash bag, signaling trouble.
Disturbed by the sight, the driver stopped and uncovered 7 puppies abandoned in the bag!
It’s a tragic scene where someone callously left these innocent pups to fend for themselves.
The puppies were promptly taken to the police’s animal protection unit for care. Luckily, the staff there are well-equipped to handle such emergencies.
