Falling in love with someone is truly joyful.
People may find their true love at different stages of life. Some discover it during school days, while others may search for years before meeting their soulmate. Unfortunately, some never find that special connection.
The journeys of Patrick Duffy, 73, from ‘Dallas,’ and Linda Purl, 67, from ‘Happy Days,’ were unique, but they found love together after long and successful careers in Hollywood.
Both Duffy and Purl had thriving careers in Hollywood for years before serendipity brought them together.
The Marriages of Duffy and Purl
Duffy enjoyed a long and happy marriage with Carolyn Rosser, while Purl had been married four times before she met Duffy.
Purl’s previous marriages included Desi Arnaz Jr. (1980-1981), William Broyles Jr. (1988-1992), Alexander Cary (1993-1999), and James Vinson Adams (2006-2011). Despite these marriages, she had only one child and had not considered dating again after her divorce from Adams.
