After reviewing security footage, they located the owner who had already checked into a hotel beyond customs. The reason behind abandoning the Yorkshire Terrier was the hotel’s no-pet policy.
The consequences of this heartless act remain undisclosed. The dog has been entrusted to the animal protection agency.
