Chevy, a 9-year-old Pomeranian, sports a broad grin all day long. His owner, Tina Marcum Denlinger, says he finds joy in the simple things and always finds a reason to be happy.
“We’ve never seen him in a bad mood. He always brings a smile to our faces,” Tina shared with The Dodo. “Every moment is a reason to celebrate. Walks are celebrations. Meals are celebrations. He exudes happiness all the time.”
