Marissa Rundell, a mother of an 8-month-old baby, knew that traveling on a plane with her baby could be challenging. Like all parents of young children, she was a bit nervous about flying with her baby Mason.
Everything seemed fine, and Mason was calm when Marissa settled into her seat. However, trouble began when another passenger arrived to take the seat next to her.
The woman, who like Marissa was assigned a seat at the back of the plane, expressed frustration with her seating arrangement.
“She came back and slammed her bags down. She said, ‘This is f***ing ridiculous. It’s bulls*** that I have to sit in the back of the plane,’” Marissa recounted to The Daily Mail.
Marissa requested the woman to refrain from using profanity but was met with complete disregard.
“I repeated, ‘Please watch your language,’ to which she said ‘Shut the f*** up.’ However, an air hostess intervened and inquired about the issue,” she explained.
The woman expressed her unwillingness to sit next to a baby to the air hostess and became increasingly agitated.

Air hostess Tabitha patiently listened to the woman’s grievances and offered a seat on the next flight, which further angered her. She proceeded to threaten Tabitha with termination, demanded her information, and asserted that Tabitha would lose her job the next day!
Despite the woman’s persistence, Tabitha willingly shared her information.

Tabitha eventually reached her limit and declared that the woman would be removed from the plane. Despite the passenger’s apology and plea, Tabitha summoned a security officer to escort her off the aircraft.
The rude passenger made efforts to evade the situation but later returned to her seat to gather her belongings and depart the plane.
On the other hand, Marissa expressed immense gratitude for the support she received from Delta Airlines.
“The crew on the plane were simply fantastic,” Marissa expressed to the Daily Mail.
