Here’s how it works:
Roll a regular towel into a stable, thick sausage shape. Use tape or a rope to secure it in place. Lie on your back on a firm, flat surface – avoid using a bed or couch as they are too soft. Position the rolled towel under your back, just around your navel where the spine starts to curve.

Next, spread your legs so that your feet are at shoulder-width apart. Point your toes inward until they touch. Extend your hands above your head until your palms touch the floor, and have your pinkies meet. Maintain this position for five minutes. Initially, it may feel uncomfortable or slightly painful, but persevere for the full five minutes. With each repetition, the exercise will become easier!

For optimal results, perform this exercise three times a day.
