Shocking Footage: Mother Suspicion of Abuse by 3 Daughters Caught on Hidden Camera

The three daughters of a 71-year-old woman had a sense that something was wrong when they visited their mother in the nursing home.

This feeling persisted until one of them proposed installing a hidden camera to verify if their concerns about potential abuse were valid.

Upon setting up the camera, they uncovered more than expected. The footage was truly disturbing.

Three sisters grew uneasy about their mother’s well-being in the nursing home where she resided due to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. Communicating with her to understand the situation was challenging.

However, a concerning comment from their mother about the staff disliking her prompted the sisters to take action based on their suspicions.

The Set-Up
Collaborating, they placed a hidden camera in their mother’s room. The recorded footage revealed shocking behavior beyond belief.

The video depicted staff forcibly moving the mother and even dragging her across the floor when she resisted. At one point, the 71-year-old woman was captured in tears, ignored by the staff despite her distress.

An £85 camera purchased by the middle daughter, Kelly, from Amazon played a crucial role. Kelly recalls, “I felt immense guilt and anxiety while setting it up. Under the guise of improving her visibility of a clock, I installed the camera. The revelations were harrowing. Anyone capable of mistreating an individual in such a manner is truly cruel. Witnessing my mother in tears on the footage was heart-wrenching.”

Throughout the footage, Joy’s requests to use the toilet were disregarded by the staff, who showed minimal concern, leaving her to manage on her own.

The abuse occurred at Brookside House Care Home in Jacksdale, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, with three employees bearing responsibility. Upon the video surfacing, the workers could not deny their actions and were consequently dismissed. Although sentenced to community service, they avoided imprisonment through suspended sentences.

“We are enraged by the suspended sentences. Their guilt only materialized because of the video,” expressed eldest daughter Teresa Bestwisk, 47.

It is infuriating to hear such stories, knowing there are likely many more elderly individuals enduring similar mistreatment in silence. Share this to raise awareness and prevent such abuses from happening in the future.
