
When we were children, we all had dreams of different professions. Some dreamt of being pilots, some of athletes, some of actors, singers, or entertainers.
For Richard Sandrak, his childhood ambition was unique. As a young boy, this Ukrainian-American aspired to be a bodybuilder and gained fame as “the world’s strongest boy” or “Little Hercules.”
Sandrak pursued his dream ardently, training five times a week for 90 minutes each session during his early teenage years. He maintained a strict diet regimen and worked with a personal trainer.
