
Trophy hunter Tess Thompson Talley from the United States has gained notoriety for posing with a rare black giraffe she shot dead during a hunting trip in South Africa.
She faced significant backlash after posing with the carcass for a photo.
Now, a year later, she is sharing her perspective.
“I am proud to be a hunter. I am proud to hunt and proud that I killed that giraffe,” she stated in an interview with CBS News.

In the past year, the 38-year-old hunter garnered further controversy by proudly posing with the rare black giraffe she killed, eliciting a strong wave of criticism and even death threats.

Speaking to CBS News, Tess expressed no remorse for her actions and stated she will continue trophy hunting.
Additionally, she mentioned, “He tasted delicious.”

Proud
Tess disclosed that she had pillows made from the giraffe’s skin, describing them as beautiful.
When asked about any regrets, she firmly stated, “I am proud to be a hunter, proud to hunt and proud that I shot the giraffe.”

The hunter has also been pictured with other dead animals like zebras, kangaroos, and antelopes, as reported by Aftonbladet.
