Leaving your young child in the care of others is something that everyone has to do sooner or later.
Whether it’s sending them to preschool or hiring a babysitter to take care of them, when you have to return to work, you have to return to work.
Many people opt for the latter. They choose to hire a man or a woman to take care of their children, conducting various checks to ensure they make the right choice. However, dangerous individuals can sometimes slip through the cracks.
On March 8th this year, emergency services received an alarming call.
Three-year-old Hannah Wesche had been left by her father with her babysitter, Lindsey Partin, at seven o’clock in the morning.
However, a few hours later, Wesche was found unconscious by the police after an emergency call. She was experiencing serious difficulty breathing.

It was Partin herself who made the call. She claimed that Hannah had fallen and hit her head the day before.
Hannah was transported to Fort Hamilton Hospital and then to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
During an initial hearing, Partin admitted to shaking Hannah and claimed that the three-year-old had fallen and hit her head on a hard cement floor as a result.
At this time, police are still investigating exactly how Hannah sustained her injuries.

According to Fox 19, Hannah’s father, Jason Wesche, fought back tears as he confirmed that his daughter is unlikely to survive.
Partin has since been charged with felonious assault and endangering children – the charges may be upgraded if Hannah passes away.
“This little girl’s life hangs in the balance. These kind of cases rip your heart out. I don’t understand why or how anyone could hurt a little child,” said Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones on Monday.
“Do background checks, talk to neighbors, friends, and family before letting anyone watch your kids, know who you’re leaving your babies with.”
A GoFundMe page has been started by Hannah’s father to raise money to provide her with the best possible care.

According to UK source Metro, Babysitter Partin has caused so much damage to Hannah that she is now brain dead.
When the little girl arrived at the hospital, doctors were forced to remove parts of her scalp to relieve the significant swelling in her brain.
Unfortunately, their efforts so far appear to have been in vain – her parents say they are preparing to say goodbye and will soon turn off her life support machines.
