Tragic End: 5 Teenagers Killed in Devastating Car Crash Just Days After Graduation

Monday morning, five teenagers were found dead after a terrible car accident. An investigation has now been launched to determine exactly what happened.

Five teenagers dead

A nightmare that unfortunately became a reality on Monday for the parents of five teenagers in Florida, USA.

After the young people were reported missing around 4:00 am, they were found dead.

Four of the teenagers have been identified and they worked together at the Fort Myers Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

According to News-Press, their names were Amanda Ferguson, Eric Paul, Breanna Coleman, and Jackson Eyre. The fifth person has not been identified.

Off the road

The 18- and 19-year-olds were together in a car that for some reason veered off the road and ended up in the water. What exactly caused the accident is still unclear.

According to reports, some teens left early on Sunday but then returned and picked up their friends to go out to eat.

News-Press spoke with police spokeswoman Kristen Capuzzi, who explained that the accident occurred between Sunday evening at 10:30 pm and early Monday morning.

They are now looking for witnesses to further investigate the case.

Were going to eat together

After the incident, the restaurant wrote in a post on their Facebook page:

“Our team grieves with their family and friends. We appreciate the support of the people of Fort Myers during this difficult time.”
