Ukrainian Soldiers Rescue Stray Puppy, Make Him Their Guardian Angel

The video circulating on the internet shows an unexpectedly heartwarming scene amidst the chaos and battles: a group of soldiers stationed to defend Ukraine introduce their newest recruit, a puppy named “Rambo.”

The soldiers took Rambo in after finding him on the street. “We felt sorry for him. It was freezing outside,” the soldiers explain in the video. “We brought him to our post, and he stayed with us.”

While the little dog may not look like a real soldier, the new companion has helped them by acting as their “protector.”

“He’s our watchdog,” a soldier explains. “He can hear very well if there is a stranger nearby.”
