While driving along a road, a passerby noticed a creature tied up. They stopped to investigate and found a heartwarming surprise.
Earlier this year, a small dog, later named Ladybird, was discovered by a passerby abandoned on the side of the road. Someone had callously tied the poor pup to a tree, not far from the local animal shelter.
Without hesitation, the passerby contacted the animal shelter, prompting them to promptly rescue the dog.
However, the rescue didn’t go entirely smoothly as there wasn’t enough space available at the shelter.
The incident prompted the shelter to urge all dog owners to be responsible and caring towards their pets.
For now, Ladybird will be cared for at the shelter until she is ready to be adopted by a new, loving family.
