“Many visitors leave a stick by his side,” Stacy shared. “On occasion, someone has even left a photograph of a dog, perhaps their own beloved pet that has passed on, with a message saying, ‘Rex, please watch over my little one.’”
She informed The Dodo that another dog statue within the cemetery is often adorned with dog toys left by visitors.
